Matthew Westergard, Co-Founder and COO of Secure Process Intelligence, provides thought leadership and executive direction for organizations who’s mission is to provide affordable access to water and energy to as many people as possible.
Prior to co-founding SPI, Matthew held leadership positions at Raytheon and other global high technology companies with IIOT, automation, and aerospace engineering applications. A US Patent holder, Matthew attained a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from the University of Connecticut, with in-country time spent at China’s high tech manufacturing and supply chain centers. Matt is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with applications in controls automation, is Certified by the Technical University of Munich in Industrial Digitization, and is a founding board member of the Tech Founders of York County Association.Dr. Matthew Klein

Matthew Klein, the Founder & CEO of Aqualaurus Group, provides executive, anticipatory, and strategic leadership solutions for water-focused organizations.
Mr. Klein is a former President of North Carolina and Tennessee for a private equity-backed drinking water and wastewater utility. Earlier in his career, Mr. Klein led the turnaround and eventual sale of Indianapolis Water, one of the largest public drinking water systems in the United States. Previously, Mr. Klein served as both a senior environmental regulator and a senior utilities regulator.
Mr. Klein earned his Doctor of Strategic Leadership from the School of Business & Leadership at Regent University. Also, he possesses a Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, a Master of Science degree from Ball State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Taylor University.
Mr. Klein is a Senior Fellow with the Sagamore Institute and the host of the Water Foresight Podcast. Also, he is a graduate of Leadership North Carolina Class XXV and the recipient of the 2018 Exceptional Service Award from the Management & Leadership Division of the American Water Works Association. Finally, Mr. Klein is a member of the American Water Works Association, Water Environment Federation, the Association of Professional Futurists, and the American Bar Association.Jason Weber

Jason Weber, VP of Product at Veracity Industrial Networks
Jason has nearly 30 years of experience in software, product management, product development, and business leadership in the manufacturing space. Jason is currently the VP of Product at Veracity Industrial Networks, a software company focused on providing highly secure yet easily managed networks to the manufacturing space. Prior to taking on this position with Veracity, Jason led the Digital Solutions team at Rexnord Corporation where he was responsible for creating IIoT condition monitoring products and digital services. He has also worked with organizations such as Rockwell Automation in various leadership roles.
